  • GREECE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    Orders inside the borders of Greece are managed and handled by Comvos Express and Geniki Taxydromiki, delivery cost is fixed at 3.5€.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    You can always check the delivery cost for your country at the checkout page before you confirm your order.

  • Right of withdrawal (14 days)

    Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@royaldenim.gr before the 14-day period expires.

    Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price using the same payment method you used, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

    Exchanges

    Customers in Greece: We cover the shipping cost for your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.

    Customers outside Greece: Due to shipping costs, exchanges are at the customer's expense.

    Store credit

    If you prefer, you can choose to receive a coupon code for the full amount instead of a refund. This is optional — the choice is yours.

    Faulty items

    If a product arrives defective or not as described, contact us immediately. We will cover all costs for repair, replacement or refund.

  • STANDARD PAYMENTS

    The payment for the web shop happens via PayPal or Stripe. The payment is withdrawn from your account, when your order is approved.

    It is your responsibility to make sure that both e-mail and mailing address are filled out correctly.

FAQ

  • In Greece. Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in small Greek workshops that specialise in handmade garments.

  • Every pair of jeans comes from Italian mills, as Candiani. Our other fabrics, such as linen, cotton and viscose blends, are sourced from Europe. We produce our own Organic Cotton Jersey fabric here in Greece, from 100% Greek cotton.

  • Every product page lists the fit and the size our model is wearing. Jeans come in waist sizes 29–38, and shirts and overshirts in S–XXL. If you’re unsure, email us your height and usual size and we’ll help you choose. For orders within Greece, your first size exchange is free, so if the size isn’t right, you can swap it at no cost.

  • Wash them inside out in cold water or 30 degrees celcius, and only when they need it. Hang them to dry instead of using a tumble dryer. Raw denim can release some indigo in the first washes, so wash it separately at first.

  • Yes, shipping within Greece is free. You can also pick up your order for free from our flagship store in Thessaloniki.

  • Yes. You’ll see the delivery cost for your country at checkout, before you confirm your order.
