GREECE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders inside the borders of Greece are managed and handled by Comvos Express and Geniki Taxydromiki, delivery cost is fixed at 3.5€.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You can always check the delivery cost for your country at the checkout page before you confirm your order.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@royaldenim.gr before the 14-day period expires.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price using the same payment method you used, within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Customers in Greece: We cover the shipping cost for your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Customers outside Greece: Due to shipping costs, exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Store credit

If you prefer, you can choose to receive a coupon code for the full amount instead of a refund. This is optional — the choice is yours.

Faulty items

If a product arrives defective or not as described, contact us immediately. We will cover all costs for repair, replacement or refund.

STANDARD PAYMENTS

The payment for the web shop happens via PayPal or Stripe. The payment is withdrawn from your account, when your order is approved.

It is your responsibility to make sure that both e-mail and mailing address are filled out correctly.
